Yes, at our webshop we offer comprehensive spa advice to help you achieve your goals in a safe and effective manner. Our experts have years of experience and can advise you on the right products, dosages and combinations that best suit your specific needs and goals. We understand that every user is unique, which is why we offer advice. However, we do want to mention that we still recommend seeking advice from a licensed physician first.

Payments

  • Bancontact/iDEAL
    • Select the "Bancontact/iDEAL" option at checkout.
    • You will receive a link by email after the order with which you can make the payment. We check these payments daily, as soon as we receive your payment we will continue processing your order.
  • Bitcoin or Monero:
    • Select the 'Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin & Monero)' option under payment methods.
    • You will receive our Bitcoin and Monero address to which you can transfer the exact amount in BTC or XMR. Don't forget to note the transaction ID as proof. You only need to transfer to one of the 2 addresses, so you can choose between BTC or Monero.
  • Direct bank transfer:
    • Select the 'Direct bank transfer' option in the payment methods.
    • You will receive our bank details for the bank transfer. Please include your order number with the payment so we can identify your order.

No, unlike some other web shops in our sector, we do not require you to perform cumbersome actions to pay for your order. You will receive an email after your order with a link that allows you to easily make the payment via iDEAL or Bancontact, just like you are used to at other large webshops.

As a result, you do not need any knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero or other crypto currencies. This also saves costs for you as a customer, as there are often additional fees charged to make payments via crypto coins.

Bitcoin will always have an edge in terms of anonymity compared to traditional payment methods, so if you are very concerned about your privacy, Bitcoin (or any other crypto currency) may be a preferred method to pay for your order.

Shipping & delivery

We strive to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. For deliveries within Belgium, we have an average delivery time of 1 to 3 working days. For deliveries to the Netherlands, the delivery time averages 2 to 5 working days.

Most of our orders fit through the mailbox, so you do not have to be at home to receive your package. If you place a very large order we will send it as a normal parcel, on request we can of course split the order into several parcels, please contact our customer service department.

Yes, we understand how important discretion is to our customers. Therefore, we ensure that all our packages are shipped discreetly. No reference to the contents of the package is made on the outside of the package. We also do not use company names or logos that could give away our products. Your privacy and confidentiality are our highest priority with every order we process.

Unfortunately, we all know how parcel services sometimes handle our packages, so it can happen that something goes wrong. We advise you to contact customer service if your package is more than 1 week away. If your package is 2 weeks or longer we will send you a new package.

If the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered, it is impossible for us to send a replacement shipment. The right to a free follow-up shipment is then void.

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped you will receive the track & trace code and the corresponding link from us by e-mail so you can track the package yourself.
For the majority of our orders we work with packages that fit through the mailbox, so you do not have to stay at home to receive your package.
For large orders that do not fit through the mailbox we work with regular packages, so you do have to be present at home to receive your package.

If you have not provided certain details of your order correctly, you can always report this via our contact form or via WhatsApp. This is of course on the condition that we have not yet shipped your order, once your order has been shipped it is no longer possible for us to make a change. In this case we recommend contacting the delivery service yourself to see what the possibilities are.
