Refund Policy
Defective, Damaged or Missing Products
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will ask you to provide proof of the damage or defect (for example, photos). Upon review and approval of your claim, we will ship a replacement product or offer a refund, depending on your preference and our stock availability.
Incorrect Deliveries
In the event that you have received a different product than you ordered, please contact us within 3 days. We will ensure that the correct product is shipped to you as soon as possible and provide instructions on what to do with the incorrectly delivered product. Please also provide the necessary photos at all times as proof.
We retain the right at all times to reject a refund if we suspect it is not justified, or if the evidence provided is insufficient to be conclusive.
